It is safe. Keep in mind there are multi-millions cases of exposures of asbestos and the cases of cancer due to it are only in the 10s of thousands. Very similar to breathing in concentrations of fiberglass in fact.
Comparatively there are multi-millions of radon exposures and millions of cases of cancer due to it.
Even if you have exposure to the stuff for a short period, your risk is very low.

Asbestos siding is perfectly safe as long as it is not disturbed. Many homes still have it on as either the finished siding or under what was put over top of it, such as vinyl siding. You;ve had a full abatement so there is and never will be a problem with the fibers being in the air. For more about asbestos in general and in the home, check the provided link.
